Transactions

All transactions are processed in £ (pounds sterling) with your credit or debit cards. Postage costs are added to your order at the checkout.

 

Returns and Refund Policy

If you are buying for yourself (rather than a business) you have the right to cancel within seven days of receipt of the goods if the product is UNOPENED.

If an order is cancelled you need to contact us to let us know of your decision and return the good to us. We will make a refund upon receiving the goods from you unopened and in perfect condition suitable for resale. If your goods have been customised for your specific use these terms do not apply.

Please note, when we sell a magic effect, in addition to the various apparatus, gimmicks which may be included, we are selling the SECRET of how the effect is accomplished.

Once you have learned the secret you obviously can not simply return it as you would most products. In fairness to those who have purchased such information from us or others and who rely on this secret knowledge in their performances, we are very careful about protecting the inner working of all effects we sell. For this reason we can not accept returns.

Razamatazz Magic will do its very best to not misrepresent any item it sells. This is a simple principle of good business. However, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to buy the right props to suit their act.

It is the customer who has the best grasp of their own needs and capabilities. Razamatazz Magic promises to do the best they can to help you achieve a high standard of presentation, whether you are building a professional act or just enjoying magic as a great hobby.

Remember, no one knows your act as well as you do. For these reasons Razamatazz Magic ask that you consider your purchases carefully. If there are any physical defects in the product then it will be replaced.

Non UK Orders

An extra charge will be required for shipping. This will be added at the checkout when you select your country for delivery.

If you have any queries please email or telephone us. Shipping costs may vary depending on size and weight of package as opposed to price of goods.

Please note that shipment to non UKcountries may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be paid by the customer. We have no control over these charges and bear no responsibility for them.

No contract will exist between you and Razamatazz Magic for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Razamatazz Magic accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Razamatazz Magic sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Razamatazz Magic irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Delivery

Products on this site are sold throughout the world by Razamatazz Magic. We do our best to offer a fast and efficient delivery service. The price we charge includes postage.

We try and dispatch orders as soon as possible after receiving orders, but please allow up to a maximum of two weeks in busy periods. We cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery of an item and any consequence.

Santa's Workshop Refunds, Cancellation & Postponement

  • Refunds will only be offered in the event of a total cancellation or material alteration to the event.

  • Material alterations are deemed to be changes, which in the organiser’s opinion, amount to a material change to the event which ticket purchasers could have reasonably expected.

  • Material alterations do not include changes to the line-up, poor weather, late starts or early finishes (where the majority of the event has taken place).

  • If the event is postponed, tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date(s) free of charge. If you are unable to make the new date, you may request a refund. We will communicate options to ticket holders via email.

  • Refunds of booking fees and/or order fees are subject to the T&Cs at the point of sale.

  • Refunds will not be offered in the event of customers wishing to purchase a discounted ticket type, having already purchased at standard price(s).

  • Personal arrangements relating to the Event including, but not limited to, travel, subsistence and accommodation are at your own risk and we shall not be liable for any losses incurred from personal arrangements or wasted expenditure beyond the ticket refund.
