What information do we collect?

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of the status of your order. We also give you a password that will enable you to login and retrieve details of your order and whether it has been acknowledged, packed and shipped etc.

As an extra security measure we only post goods to the address that your credit/debit card is registered to. This is a measure that many online businesses have decided to implement to cut down on Internet credit card fraud.

You can request to be added to our mailing list. This will allow us to keep you up to date of our offers and new products. You can unsubscribe or change your personal data at any time.

 

Secure Payments

When you enter credit/debit card details to make a payment you will be transferred to the PayPal secure server. All of your information that we ask for on this site is treated in the strictest of confidence.

We only keep details of your purchases and address in our online database. Razamatazz staff do not see any credit/debit card information. Credit/debit card information is not kept on file by us and we have no access to the information.

Our payment comapny utilises a high level of encryption - customers connect using 128 bit SSL encryption. Our payment company also encrypts stored transaction information, ensuring that it's not tampered with. Our payment company, currently 'PayPal', captures your credit card information and will always ensure that this information is held with the very high levels of security you would expect from a major financial services company.
